REFERENCE GUIDE FOR ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Adobe Illustrator Version 8.0 to CS5

Adobe InDesign Version 2.0 to CS5

Adobe Acrobat Version 5.0 or Higher

Quark Xpress Version 4.0 or Higher

Photoshop Version 8.0 to CS5

*Export files as eps – Compatibility: Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or higher

We do not suggest using PDF files for printing, especially if you are concerned about matching color.

*Provide an editable pdf or eps with text outlined along with files.

FILE INFORMATION

Convert text to paths, curves or outlines (vector art, text that becomes an object that can no longer be edited as text.) Include the fonts you used to build your file in your upload file.

All files must include support files (ie: photos, fonts, images etc.) of anything imbedded within the file. A copy of every file used in creating the document is mandatory in order to separate and trap all art on the final piece, including Photoshop layered files. Failure to provide supporting files may result in quality control outputs of the final printed piece.

When assigning a color to art or text, please use a Pantone color. This will work for process or spot colors.
